Kyle brings nearly a decade of hands-on private equity experience to 14V, having led and contributed to more than 50 transactions across consumer and business services as the first employee at a lower middle market investment firm. Kyle leads 14V’s sourcing, thesis development, M&A execution, and post-close leadership and growth initiatives across the portfolio.
Prior to co-founding 14V, Kyle spent his entire career building deep expertise in services businesses across numerous end markets, executing buy-and-build strategies in waste and environmental, automotive, HVAC and plumbing, roofing, collision centers, veterinary, and medical aesthetics services.
